What is Hooked Kickboxing

At Hooked Kickboxing, our top priority it to give you a clean and professional experience to better your overall health, meanwhile learning the technical's of kickboxing.

GYM

Whether you’re shadowboxing or hitting it on the bag, run the six punches with combos designed to fire up your arms, upper body, and core.

Programmed intervals of work and recovery will kick the whole body into high gear. Leave it all on the floor (or bag) and walk out of class feeling victorious.

Knock out head-to-toe strength and bodyweight circuits at your bench; add light, medium, or heavy dumbbells to challenge your muscles.

    We love doing stations every now and then to make sure that your not staying STATIONary! 😉 Stations are a great way to build strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and agility. We do stations classes EVERY Saturday and Sunday, and we do them sporadically throughout the week.
